The Oil Platform seen in the background anchored just off the North Sutor in the Cromarty Firth, is the Stena Don.

According to their web site, the STENA DON is a dynamically positioned )Class 3 ), harsh environment sem-submersible drilling, completion and workover vessel for worldwide operations. The drilling unit is currently outfitted for drilling operations in water depths from 426 to 1,640 ft. Deeper water operations are achievable through additional subsea equipment.
